You also won't run out of hot water, unless everyone in the building is taking a hot bath at once!

Best features: A+ location, new luxury building with top-tier amenities.
Potential drawbacks: While the building has some very good views, the quality of the ocean views largely depend on a particular units ability to take advantage of the view channels between Waihonua 's five close-proximity high-rise neighbors. It’s worth noting, however, that the mountain views on the rear side of the building are excellent, especially from the higher floors and the neighboring buildings will provide shade, keeping units cooler and reducing the need for AC.
