You probably heard of the about the changes for real estate agents in the news. In order to show a home I must have a written buyer representation agreement, per the National Association of Realtors Settlement.

To make things easier, I am happy to begin with a 1-day agreement that applies only to the specific properties you are looking to see. In the past the sellers had paid the buyer's agent commision and we are finding this is still the case for most sellers.
