With a scheduled completion date of 2016, 400 Keawe will a be 6 story, 95-unit structure reaching 65 feet high with the ground floor made up of commercial space.
400 Keawe will be a short walking distance to the future Hawaii rail transit station on Halekauwila Street and the "Salt at our Kakaako" retail redevelopment.
Common Areas for Residents
400 Keawe is for those who prefer low maintenance fees and utilizing the neighborhood resources over amenities as, well, there really are no amenities. Common areas will include a 14,500 square foot plaza, bicycle parking, and mid-block pedestrian passage. The block will be shared with an 88-unit rental complex called 440 Keawe.
